Clint Agard Chief Executive Officer

Clint was originally commissioned to set up Wirral Change in 2005. He has been working in the public, private, voluntary, community and faith sectors for a number of years; he is well respected in these fields. He understands the delicate balance of partnership working within these areas. His communication skills are highly developed and have proven valuable throughout his work as a consultant.

Sabra Ahmed Operational Manager

Sabra was one of the founders of Wirral Change in 2005 and became its Operational Manager in 2008.

Shirley Mello Development Manager

Shirley first joined Wirral Change as an Outreach Worker in 2007 prior to becoming its Development Manager.  She has worked in the public, private, voluntary and community sectors for several years and has helped develop and implement community activities and events.  Since Shirley has been with Wirral Change, she has applied herself to developing policy and procedure to take Wirral Change to the next professional level.
